Shipping Policy for Made-to-Order Items
All made-to-order items are crafted with care and attention to detail. Please allow 3-4 business days for production before your order is shipped.

Our business days are Monday - Friday excluding holidays.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Once your made-to-order item is completed, it will be shipped according to the shipping method you selected at checkout.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment confirmation & order tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Thank you for your purchase from DHcreationz.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, because our products are handcrafted and unique, we do not typically accept returns or exchanges.
Exceptions:
We will accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

Returns and Exchanges Process
To return or exchange an item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. Be sure to accurately state the problem
We treat all returns and exchanges on a case-by-case basis and will therefore notify you by email of what the resolution will be.
